This project refers to the development of a 3 Layer Polyethylene and Concrete Weigh Coating plant, which will provide pipeline corrosion coating, thermal insulation coating, and sub-sea concrete weight coating services to IOCs (International Oil Companies) and marginal oil and gas companies primarily operating in Nigeria and also for projects in other West African countries. The plant has a capacity of 180 M² per hour with a pipe range of 16-48 inch, 12-meters nominal length. The project was part-funded by FCMB Bank in November 2013 and was completed in October 2017.
