This project relates to the Gas-To-Power initiative, that was pursued by Living Earth Foundation (LEF) UK; an international Non-Governmental Organization (NGO), working in the areas of environment and community development, and Shell Petroleum Development Company (SPDC) to provide power to the people of Egbeda Community in Rivers State. All technical and commercial aspects of the project were designed and advised by Energy Culture, working under the guidance of McLellan and Partners Limited as advised by the clients.

Energy Culture’s scope of work encompassed conducting a detailed assessment of the situation on the ground and provision of suggestions, recommendations, and a technical feasibility report for embarking on such a development.
The assignment was completed on time, within budget, and at the best quality available as per global best practices.
