This project refers to the construction of a two-wing petroleum products storage facility for Menj Oil Limited, through funding from FCMB Bank Limited.

Energy Culture was appointed as the lender’s engineer and charged with the responsibility to carry out a detailed design review, project risk assessment, onsite monitoring of work implementation and the overall provision of technical support to the project.

The project was completed within 24 months and commissioned for use in accordance with the promoter’s expectations. Energy Culture provided a close-knitted strategy for funding the project and contractor engagement, for the benefit of equitable risk-sharing. The project has created an opportunity for Nigeria to have an additional shore holding capacity of refined petroleum products.
