The Project refers to the construction of two (2) petroleum product storage tanks, comprising of one (1) 15,000 cubic metre tank for the storage of Gasoline and one (1) 7,000 cubic metre tank for the storage of premix fuel, inside the Tema Oil Refinery (TOR) complex at Tema, Ghana. The scope of work handled by Energy Culture, comprised of; a). The review of all technical agreements (throughputs, concession, etc.); b). The review and evaluation of the EPC contractor and other project parties; c). The conduct of a risk assessment and sensitivity analysis.
