The services of Energy Culture Limited were engaged by InfraCredit to carry out a technical review of the existing Greenville LNG project at Rumuji, Port Harcourt, Rivers State, and the new one under development in Delta States, Nigeria.

The existing Greenville LNG plant has a capacity of 2,250 MTPD, while the one proposed in Delta State has a planned capacity of 2,100 MTPD. Energy Culture’s review was
aimed at ascertaining the technical and commercial viability of the existing Greenville LNG plant, as well as its operational capabilities to establish gaps and also validate the scope, technical preparations and commercial viability of the proposed plant as a pre-condition for approval to benefit from the guarantee funding of InfraCredit.
