Erasko Energy Limited (“Erasko”) is a Nigerian Energy and Infrastructure Company, with a specialization in Power and Oil & Gas project development. In seeking to continue its development strides, Erasko decided to establish a Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) production plant, which would employ feed gas volumes of between 10 to 50 MMscfd and integrate into an LPG loading and distribution terminal, built for retail and distribution of LPG, beside the Gbaran Integrated Gas Processing Facility, operated by Shell Petroleum Development Company (“SPDC”), in Bayelsa State.

A land has been secured and studies for the development phase of the project have commenced, including negotiations with SPDC for the supply of unprocessed natural gas, the development of all the required infrastructure for evacuating the feed gas and linking same to Erasko’s process facility. In line with the objective, a Request for Proposal (RfP) was shared by KPMG Advisory Services (“KPMG” or “the Advisor”), who is the Transaction Advisor to Erasko and on this basis, Energy Culture submitted a proposal and emerged as the preferred bidder for the engagement, among other
local and international technical service providers that participated. The focus of the project is to convert produced natural gas into commercially viable end products for sale to the domestic market. Erasko plans to become a player in the LPG domestic market, as it is a product in high demand that does not require complex infrastructure to reach end users.
